To use Prism Harmony, you must be at least 16 years old. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access our services, you must create an account using authentication. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Payment Terms
Our platform operates on a credit-based system with the following terms:
- Credits are purchased through our payment processor, Stripe
- Credits do not expire
- Purchases are final and non-refundable
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Content ownership and rights are distributed as follows:
- Content generated through AI interactions belongs to you
- Platform interface and infrastructure remain our property
- Uploaded documents remain your property
- You grant us limited rights to process your content for service delivery
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You agree not to use our platform for:
- Illegal activities
- Hate speech or harassment
- Distribution of explicit adult content
- Spreading malware or harmful code
- Copyright infringement
- Attempts to reverse-engineer the AI models
- Any activity that disrupts our services
7. Account Termination
Accounts may be terminated under the following conditions:
- By you: At any time through your account settings
- By us: For violations of these terms, extended inactivity (12 months), fraudulent activity, or non-payment
Upon termination:
- You have 30 days to use remaining credits
- Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
- You can request a copy of your data during this period
8. Service Availability
While we strive for reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will communicate maintenance windows and updates through our platform or email.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
